Your initial deposit officially reserves your spot or room for the Anti Broke Barbers Club Tulum Retreat, April 10–13, 2027.

All deposits and installment payments are applied directly toward the total cost of your retreat. Payment plans are provided as a convenience, and guests are responsible for making scheduled payments by their due dates.

All retreat balances must be paid in full by March 4th, 2027. Reservations with an outstanding balance after the final payment deadline may be canceled and released to another guest. Previous payments remain subject to the cancellation policy below.

Because this is a limited-capacity destination experience with advance commitments for accommodations, food, transportation and activities, all reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Before December 15, 2026: Payments beyond the initial non-refundable deposit may be eligible for a refund except the initial deposit.

December 15, 2026–January 31, 2027: Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible guest with prior approval.

February 1, 2027 and after: All payments are final and non-refundable. Transfers may be requested for another eligible guest, subject to approval, and must be completed by March 15, 2027. Guests are responsible for finding their replacement unless otherwise agreed.

Guests purchasing the Solo Experience understand that this is shared-room accommodation. Solo guests will be placed with other vetted retreat guests of the same gender.

We will make reasonable efforts to create comfortable roommate pairings, but specific roommates, bed types or room placements are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Guests may submit a roommate request after both guests complete their reservations.

Guests are expected to respect their roommates, the villa and the overall retreat environment.

Private and group-room pricing reserves accommodation for the number of guests listed on the reservation: Private Room accommodates up to 2 registered guests, Group of 3 accommodates up to 3, and Group of 4 accommodates up to 4.

All guests staying in the room must be registered. The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring the room balance is paid in full. If a group member cancels, the total room price does not automatically decrease; remaining guests may replace that person with an approved attendee or divide the balance among themselves.

Airfare is not included. Each guest is responsible for booking flights, maintaining a valid passport and meeting all applicable travel and entry requirements for Mexico.

Ground transportation is not included. Please schedule or rent car for transportation.

Anti Broke Barbers Club is not responsible for missed flights, cancellations, delays, lost luggage, passport issues or other circumstances related to individual travel. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Retreat schedules, speakers, activities, transportation times and other programming may be adjusted when necessary. If an advertised activity or speaker becomes unavailable, Anti Broke Barbers Club may substitute a comparable experience or adjust the schedule.

All guest will be updated on changes or things added to the experience.

By submitting a deposit or payment for the Tulum Retreat, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the retreat’s payment, cancellation, accommodation and travel policies.
